As the first and only Product Ops Manager, I built the function from the ground up. I led high-impact strategic initiatives across the product organization, including developing and operationalizing the product roadmap, launching a cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) process, and scaling customer insights and research workflows.
Led the product team responsible for building and launching a patient-facing mobile app for iOS and Android, designed to simplify how members access their health plan and care. The app enables 24/7 access to key features such as virtual visits, ID cards, care navigation tools, cost calculators, preventive care reminders, and HSA/HRA balances.
Served as a cognitive software developer and product lead in the rollout of Amelia-powered virtual assistants across 1,000+ J.P. Morgan Chase branches. The assistants were designed to streamline internal operations and improve employee efficiency by automating routine service tasks.
